Cocktails

House drinks up top. Ask for anything else.

Aperol Spritz

  • 3 oz prosecco
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz soda water

Build over ice in a wine glass, prosecco first. Stir gently.

Glass: wine glass · Garnish: orange slice

Italicus Spritz

  • 1½ oz Italicus
  • top with prosecco

Build over ice in a wine glass.

Glass: wine glass · Garnish: three green olives on a pick

Negroni

  • 1 oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Dolin Rouge

Stir with ice until cold. Strain over a large cube.

Glass: rocks · Garnish: orange peel

Paloma

  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • pinch of salt
  • top with grapefruit soda

Build over ice in a salt-rimmed highball. Stir once.

Glass: highball · Garnish: grapefruit wedge

Paper Plane

  • ¾ oz bourbon
  • ¾ oz Aperol
  • ¾ oz Amaro Nonino
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe.

Glass: coupe

Equal parts, so it's easy to make for a crowd.

Smoked Maple Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Knob Creek Smoked Maple
  • 1 bar spoon maple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir with ice until cold. Strain over a large cube.

Glass: rocks · Garnish: orange peel

Spicy Margarita

  • 2 oz G4 Blanco
  • 1 oz Patrón Citrónge Orange & Jalapeño
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ¼ oz agave nectar

Shake hard with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a Tajín-rimmed rocks glass.

Fixed Coffee

Coffee with something in it. The after-dinner ritual.

Amaretto Coffee

  • 5 oz hot coffee
  • 1½ oz Disaronno
  • splash of cream

Stir the Disaronno into the coffee and finish with the cream.

Glass: mug

Espresso Martini

  • 1½ oz Van Gogh Dutch Caramel vodka
  • 1 oz espresso liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh espresso

Shake very hard with ice to build the foam. Double strain into a chilled coupe.

Glass: coupe · Garnish: three coffee beans

Irish Coffee

  • 4 oz hot coffee
  • 1½ oz Irish whiskey
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • lightly whipped cream

Warm the glass. Stir the sugar into the coffee until dissolved, add the whiskey, then float the cream over the back of a spoon. Don't stir.

Mozart Mocha

  • 5 oz hot coffee
  • 1½ oz Mozart Chocolate Cream
  • whipped cream
  • cocoa powder

Stir the liqueur into the coffee. Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa.
